About The Gladewater Museum Displays

The museum displays tell the story of Gladewater and the surrounding areas from the early settlement days through the 1930’s and beyond. There is a Depot room with artifacts and objects relating to the Texas Pacific Railroad. One room features period furniture generously donated by many local residents. Other displays spotlight families, businesses and schools. Several wide angle photographs of Gladewater in the early 1930’s allow you to find specific streets and houses. Come by and check out the World War II exhibit and the Gladewater Round-Up Rodeo display. The exhibits change; therefore you when you return, you may have a surprise.
